研究目的:随着科技的发展和人们健康意识的提高,健身气功已成为一种趋势性的运动方式,人工智能技术的应用,为健身气功的发展提供了新的机遇和挑战。研究方法:文章运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、专家访谈法和综合分析法等研究方法对科技强国背景下人工智能对健身气功发展的机遇和挑战进行分析,从而为健身气功的发展提供一定的理论依据。研究结论:人工智能对健身气功发展存在数据隐私和安全问题、可信度问题、文化差异问题、普及度不足问题以及教练员和学员互动交流等问题;人工智能对健身气功发展的机遇包括有个性化训练、数据分析、实时指导和反馈、身体健康风险预测以及社交化健身体验等机遇,并对人工智能助力健身气功未来发展方向进行展望,智能化健身气功教练、智能化健身气功指导、健身气功虚拟现实以及人工智能运动追踪。

Objective:With the development of science and technology and the improvement of people's health awareness,fitness qigong has become a trend of exercise.The application of artificial intelligence technology provides new opportunities and challenges for the development of fitness Qigong.Research methods:This study adopts the method of literature,logical analysis,expert interview and comprehensive analysis to analyze the opportunities and challenges of artificial intelligence in the development of fitness qigong under the background of powerful science and technology countries,so as to provide certain theoretical basis for the development of fitness qigong.Research conclusion:The challenges of AI to the development of fitness qigong include data privacy and security issues,credibility issues,cultural differences,lack of popularity and interaction between coaches and students.Opportunities for AI to develop fitness qigong include personalized training,data analysis,real-time guidance and feedback,physical health risk prediction,and social fitness experiences.It also points out the future development prospects of AI-assisted fitness qigong,intelligent Qigong coach,intelligent Qigong guidance,fitness qigong virtual reality and artificial intelligence movement tracking.
