摘要
本研究通过分析科技金融对高技术产业创新的影响路径,选择湖南省相关数据建立指标并绘制散点图,最终得出科技金融通过集聚社会资金,有效配置资源;释放市场信号,缓解信息不对称;降低融资成本,分散市场风险;激励企业创新,约束企业投资决策等路径推动高技术产业创新的结论。并指出湖南省公共科技金融和市场科技金融与高技术产业创新均具有极强的相关性,科技金融能够有效推动高技术产业创新发展。
This study analyzes the influence path of sci-tech finance on high-tech industry innovation,selects relevant data of Hunan province to establish indicators and draw scatter plots,and finally makes conclusion that sci-tech finance can effectively allocate resources by gathering social funds,release market signals to alleviate information asymmetry,reduce financing costs and diversify market risks,encourage enterprise innovation and restrict enterprise investment decision-making and other pathes to promote high-tech industry innovation.This paper also points out that public sci-tech finance and market sci-tech finance in Hunan Province have strong correlation with high-tech industry innovation,and sci-tech finance can effectively promote the innovation and development of high-tech industry.
