摘要
通过“863”计划的推动,工业机器人在各个行业的应用得到了广泛推广,五金产业亦需要转变其劳动密集型的产业模式,更多地采用机器人来提升生产效率。在五金工业中,我们则采用阻尼误差系数,并结合实际轨迹的仿真分析,来探索解决机器人奇异位等问题的方法。
Through the promotion of the"863"plan,the application of industrial robots in various industries has been widely promoted,and the hardware industry also needs to transform its labor-intensive industrial model and adopt more robots to improve production efficiency.In the hardware industry,we use damping error coefficients and combine them with simulation analysis of actual trajectories to explore methods for solving problems such as robot singularity.
