遗产价值的建造维度——从云南近现代三例建筑谈起(1900-1950年代)

The Construction Dimension of Heritage Value:Starting from Three Cases of Modern Architecture in Yunnan(1900s-1950s)

云南近现代建筑具有开放包容、因地制宜等实用理性特征。既往研究多认为地处边陲的云南近现代建筑实践存有先天缺陷,价值乏善可陈。文章关注其建筑遗产的真实性、完整性与地域性,从建造维度探讨其建筑遗产价值认知,聚焦1900—1950年代云南三次发展契机下的三例代表性建筑。基于现场测绘、原始图文档案及口述访谈等资料,结合结构设计、力学分析等方法,分析其建造技术及策略,探讨云南近现代建筑在受限的物质环境下的自我探索。研究旨在回归建筑学科基本问题,揭示有关建造历史过程及结果的研究在建筑遗产价值评估中的不可替代性,拓展及深化中国近现代建筑保护及历史研究视域。

The construction techniques of Yunnan’s modern architectural heritage are marked by openness,inclusiveness,practicality,and adaptability.Previous research frequently regarded Yunnan’s modern architectural practices,situated on the periphery,as inherently flawed and of limited worth.This study concentrates on the authenticity,integrity,and regional characteristics of this architectural heritage,exploring its value from a construction perspective.Through measured drawing,reviews of domestic and international documents,oral interviews,and research tools such as structural design and mechanical analysis,the study investigates representative architectural cases from three developmental phases in Yunnan between 1900s and 1950s.By taking construction strategies as a point of discussion,this study explores how modern architecture established its heritage value through self-exploration in resource-constrained circumstances.The aim is to return to fundamental architectural issues,revealing the irreplaceable role of studying construction history and outcomes in assessing the value of architectural heritage,and to broaden and deepen the scope of protection and historical research of modern Chinese architecture.
