反渗透膜水处理工艺预处理技术对溶解性有机质去除效果探究

The removal efficiency of dissolved organic matter by pretreatment techniques in RO membrane water treatment processes

摘要 选取代表性热电厂反渗透膜水处理工艺,使用三维荧光光谱结合平行因子法(EEM-PARAFAC)分析氯消毒、超滤等预处理后水体中溶解性有机质(Dissolved organic matter,DOM)荧光强度的变化,并结合常规水质指标、水体中细菌丰度及微生物群落结构,综合评估预处理技术对溶解性有机质的去除效果.研究结果显示,水体中DOM主要由类蛋白质(C1)、腐殖酸(C2)及微生物代谢产物(C3)组成,DOM与水体中主要优势物种变形菌门丰度呈正相关;氯消毒联合V型滤池处理能够显著降低其进水中DOM的荧光强度(p<0.05),超滤对其去除效果不佳;反渗透膜进水中DOM荧光强度显著增强(p<0.05),且细菌绝对丰度显著升高(p<0.05);可即时检测的电导率与总有机碳等常规水质指标可以作为反映预处理后DOM主要组分含量变化的依据,从而更有效地控制水体中的DOM含量. The study examined a representative reverse osmosis membrane water treatment process in a thermal power plant.The changes in the fluorescence intensity of Dissolved Organic Matter(DOM)in water after chlorination and ultrafiltration pretreatment were analyzed using threedimensional fluorescence spectroscopy combined with parallel factor analysis(EEM-PARAFAC).The removal efficiency of dissolved organic matter in the water by pretreatment techniques was comprehensively evaluated,considering conventional water quality indicators,bacterial abundance,and microbial community structure.Results showed that DOM in water was primarily consisted of type proteins(C1),humic acids(C2),and metabolites of microorganisms(C3),with a positive correlation observed with Deinococcus.Compared to ultrafiltration,chlorination combined with V-type filter treatment significantly reduced the fluorescence intensity of DOM in the influent water(p<0.05).Conversely,the fluorescence intensity of DOM and the absolute abundance of bacteria exhibited significant increases(p<0.05)in the reverse osmosis membrane influent water.Furthermore,instantly measurable parameters such as conductivity and total organic carbon were identified as useful indicators for reflecting changes in the main components of DOM after pretreatment,thereby facilitating more effective control over the content of DOM in water.
