摘要
近年来,抗生素抗性基因(Antibiotic resistance genes, ARGs)作为一种新型污染物已成为全球性公共卫生问题,在饮用水全流程中被多次检出.家用净水器作为保障水质安全的最后一道屏障,其赋存ARGs的特征对龙头出水有着极大的影响.为探究家用净水器中ARGs的赋存特征,本研究收集了陕西两地(西安和渭南)5个品牌的19个反渗透膜(Reverse osmosis,RO)滤芯,对其细菌群落结构及多样性、20个ARGs的丰度进行测定.结果表明,家用净水器反渗透膜滤芯中厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)和变形菌门(Proteobacteria)为优势菌门,且不同地区和品牌样品的细菌多样性存在不同程度的差异;在检测的20个ARGs中,万古霉素类、四环素类耐药基因为优势ARGs.此外,采集地区、品牌工艺及滤芯的使用时间均会影响反渗透膜滤芯上抗生素抗性基因的赋存情况.在RO膜中,细菌与抗生素抗性基因之间有着一定的共存关系,Modulibacteria和Bdellovibrionota可能为van RA-01的潜在宿主.
Antibiotic resistance genes(ARGs),emerging as a new type of contaminants,have becoming the global public health problem in recent years,and have been detected many times in the whole process of drinking water.As the last barrier to ensure water safety,the characterization of ARGs in household water purifiers has a great influence on the faucet water.In order to investigate the characteristics of ARGs in household water purifiers,we collected 19 reverse osmosis(RO)filter membranes of five brands from two cities of Shaanxi Province,China.The microbial community structure and diversity,as well as the abundances of twenty ARGs of reverse osmosis filter membranes were determined.The results showed that Firmicutes and Proteobacteria were the dominant phylum in the reverse osmosis membrane of domestic water purifiers,and the microbial diversities of the samples from different regions and brands varied to different degrees.Among the twenty detected ARGs,the resistance genes of Vancomycin and Tetracycline were the dominant ARGs.In addition,the accumulation of ARGs on RO membrane were influenced by three factors,including the collection region,the brand,and the usage time of the reverse osmosis filter membrane.At last,there is a co-occurrence relationship between microorganisms and antibiotic resistance genes in RO membranes,for example,Modulibacteria and Bdellovibrionota may be potential hosts for vanRA-01.
