摘要
本文重点梳理分析了ATSE自动转换开关、STS静态转换开关、SSTS固态转换开关与0.4kV母联的关系,明确了转换装置的动作时间和在配电系统中的作用。通过介绍PLC可编程双电源转换控制器,并结合具体工程案例分析0.4kV合环应用条件,使供配电系统功能更为完善,实现电源系统检修或故障恢复中的不断电操作。
This article focuses on sorting and analyzing the relationship between ATSE automatic transfer switch,STS static transfer switch,SSTS solid-state transfer switch and 0.4kV busbar,clarifying the action time of the transfer device and its role in the distribution system.By introducing the PLC programmable dual power conversion controller and analyzing the application conditions of 0.4kV loop closure with specific engineering cases,the functions of the power supply and distribution system are improved,and uninterrupted power operation is achieved during power system maintenance or fault recovery.
