摘要
随着建筑行业的发展进步,既有建筑保有量不断增长,既有建筑改造逐渐成为城市建设更新的重要形式。本文介绍了既有建筑改造工程设计过程中,按照不同改造范围和改造后功能对电气设计内容予以区分,着重探讨了现阶段既有建筑改造工程中存在的问题和优化处理措施。结合工程实例,从设计之初原始资料收集整理及改造中新标准的运用,再到根据现状土建条件分析对比不同的配电系统优劣性等,来充分解读既有建筑改造设计环节中的要点。
With the development and progress of the construction industry,the number of existing buildings is constantly increasing,and the renovation of existing buildings is gradually becoming an important form of urban construction and renewal.This paper introduces the design process of the existing buildings,distinguishes the electrical design contents according to the different scope and functions of the transformation,and focuses on the problems and optimization measures of the existing buildings at the present stage.Combined with the engineering examples,the main points in the existing building renovation design are fully paid attention to the key points of the new standards in the transformation from the original data collection and application to the analysis and comparison of the advantages of different power distribution system according to the current civil construction conditions.
