中药调控线粒体自噬治疗脑缺血再灌注损伤的研究现状

Research status of traditional Chinese medicine regulation of mitochondrial autophagy in the treatment of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury

线粒体自噬在脑缺血/再灌注损伤中具有神经保护的作用,调节线粒体自噬可能成为脑缺血治疗与改善预后的重要靶标。近年来,中医药发展迅速,因其药物不良反应少、疗效显著、靶点多等优点,通过中药调控线粒体自噬改善缺血再灌注成为研究的热点。本文总结了近年来中药单体、中药复方在调控线粒体自噬治疗缺血再灌注(I/R)损伤的重要研究进展,为中医药与线粒体自噬在脑I/R损伤相关研究提供研究基础和理论指导。

Mitophagy has a neuroprotective role in cerebral ischemia/reperfusion(I/R)injury,and the regulation of mitophagy may be an important target for the treatment and improvement of prognosis of cerebral ischemia.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has developed rapidly,and due to its advantages of fewer side effects,significant curative effect,and multiple targets,the regulation of mitophagy by traditional Chinese medicine to improve I/R has become a research hotspot.This article summarizes the important research progress of TCM monomers and TCM compounds in regulating mitophagy in the treatment of VR injury in recent years,so as to provide research basis and theoretical guidance for the research on the relationship between TCM and mitophagy in I/R injury.
