基于《金匮要略》温阳化气理论论治慢性肾衰竭

摘要 慢性肾衰竭是临床常见病,其病程较长,迁延难愈,严重危害患者健康。《金匮要略》温阳化气理论认为慢性肾衰竭本虚标实,以阳虚为本,瘀浊为标,临床以温阳化气法为治则。《金匮要略》临证治疗慢性肾衰竭,采用温肾补气、温肺纳气等法以温煦脾肺、交通心肾、运化气机;温散寒湿、温利水饮等法以运化水湿、通利瘀浊、祛逐阴邪,使阳虚得复,正气充盈,脾肾相安,水湿瘀浊无所稽留,则病渐愈。 Chronic kidney failure is a common clinical disease with a long course and difficult to cure,which is seriously endangering the health of patients.The theory of warming yang and transforming qi in the Jin Gui Yao Lve(Essentials from the Golden Cabinet)suggests that patients with chronic kidney failure have a deficiency at the root and excess at the branch,with yang deficiency as the root and phlegm turbidity as the branch;clinical treatment is based on warming yang and transforming qi.The clinical treatment of chronic kidney failure in the Jin Gui Yao Lve adopts methods such as warming the kidney and supplementing qi,and warming the lung to improve qi reception to warm the spleen and lung,restore interaction between the heart and the kidney,and improve qi mechanism;the methods of warming and dissipating cold and dampness,and promote urination by warming can be used to deal with water-dampness by transportation and transformation,resolve phlegm turbidity,and dispel yin pathogens;thus,yang deficiency can be improved,healthy qi will be filled up,the spleen and kidney can be in harmony,water-dampness and phlegm turbidity will be eliminated,and the patients will gradually recover.
