胃复春胶囊联合含铋剂四联疗法治疗胃溃疡伴Hp感染临床研究

Clinical Study on Weifuchun Capsules Combined with Bismuth-Containing Quadruple Therapy for Gastric Ulcer Complicated with Hp Infection

目的:观察胃复春胶囊联合含铋剂四联疗法治疗胃溃疡伴幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染的临床疗效。方法:将84例胃溃疡伴Hp感染患者以随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组各42例,对照组以含铋剂四联疗法治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合胃复春胶囊治疗,共治疗4周。比较2组临床疗效、Hp根除率,并比较2组治疗前后中医证候评分及炎性因子水平。结果:治疗组总有效率95.24%,高于对照组80.95%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组各项中医证候评分均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组Hp根除率83.33%,高于对照组64.29%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)、白细胞介素-8 (IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α (TNF-α)水平均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对胃溃疡伴Hp感染患者以胃复春胶囊联合含铋剂四联疗法治疗临床效果佳,可减轻患者症状体征,提高Hp根除率,减轻机体炎症反应。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Weifuchun Capsules combined with bismuthcontaining quadruple therapy on gastric ulcer complicated with helicopbacter pylori(Hp)infection.Methods:A total of 84 patients with gastric ulcer complicated with Hp infection were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with bismuth-containing quadruple therapy,and the treatment group was additionally treated with Weifuchun Capsules based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for four weeks.The clinical effects,Hp eradication rate and the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,and levels of inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 95.24%in the treatment group,higher than that of 80.95%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,each traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score in both groups was down-regulated(P<0.05),and each traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Hp eradication rate was 83.33%in the treatment group,higher than that of 64.29%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8)and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) were dwindled (P<0.05),and the above three levels in the treatment group were lower than thosein the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Weifuchun Capsules combined with bismuth-containingquadruple therapy has a good clinical effect on patients with gastric ulcer complicated with Hp infection,which can mitigate the vital signs of the body,enhance the Hp eradication rate and reduce the inflammatoryresponses.
