揿针疗法联合氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗前庭性偏头痛临床研究

Clinical Study on the Therapy of Thumbtack Needle Combined with Flunarizine Capsules for Vestibular Migraine

目的:观察揿针疗法联合氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗前庭性偏头痛的临床疗效。方法:采用随机数字表法将62例前庭性偏头痛患者分为观察组、对照组各31例。对照组给予氟桂利嗪胶囊口服治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予揿针疗法治疗。比较2组临床疗效及治疗前后眩晕发作次数、眩晕持续时间、眩晕残障量表(DHI)评分、头痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果:观察组总有效率为93.55%,高于对照组80.65%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2周、4周后,2组DHI评分、头痛VAS评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组上述2项评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,2组眩晕发作次数较治疗前减少(P<0.05),眩晕持续时间缩短(P<0.05);观察组眩晕发作次数及眩晕持续时间低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:揿针疗法联合氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗前庭性偏头痛疗效确切,能够缓解患者头痛症状,减少眩晕发作次数及缩短眩晕持续时间。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of thumbtack needle combined with Flunarizine Capsules on vestibular migraine.Methods:The 62 patients with vestibular migraine were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was given oral treatment with Flunarizine Capsules,and the observation group was additionally given the therapy of thumbtack needle based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical effects,frequency of vertigo,duration of vertigo,Dizziness Handicap Inventory(DHI)Scale and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)of headache were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The total curative efficiency of the observation group was 93.55%,higher than the 80.65%of the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After two weeks and four weeks of treatment,the DHI and headache VAS score of the two groups were decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After four weeks of treatment,the frequency of vertigo in the two groups was decreased when compared withthat before treatment (P<0.05), and the duration of vertigo was shortened (P<0.05);the frequency andduration of vertigo in the observation group were lower than those of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of thumbtack needle combined with Flunarizine Capsules has a definite therapeutic effect onvestibular migraine,which can relieve headache symptoms,reduce the frequency of vertigo and shortenthe duration of vertigo.
