基于“治痿独取阳明”理论辨治女性压力性尿失禁

Differentiation and Treatment of Stress Urinary Incontinence in Women Based on Theory of“To Treat Atrophy,Select the Yangming Meridian Only”

以“治痿独取阳明”为指导,探讨女性压力性尿失禁的病因病机及辨治思路。女性压力性尿失禁的主要病机为阳明经元气虚少,脾胃功能减退,累及肾和膀胱,最终出现尿失禁等症状。临证治疗以针灸结合用药治疗为主,针灸重取阳明,调其虚实;用药补中益气,升提起痿,如此则脏体同调,标本兼治。

This paper explores the etiology,pathogenesis,and treatment strategies of stress incontinence in women,guided by the theory of"to treat atrophy,select the Yangming meridian only".The main pathogenesis of stress urinary incontinence in women is the deficiency of original qi in the Yangming meridian,the diminution of spleen and stomach function,and the involvement of the kidney and bladder,ultimately leading to symptoms such as urinary incontinence.The clinical treatment is based on acupuncture and moxibustion combined with medication;acupuncture and moxibustion focus on the Yangming meridian to adjust its deficiency and excess;medication focuses on supplementing the middle energizer to boosting qi,and raising and dealing with atrophy,thus regulating the viscera and body simultaneously and treating both the root and branch of the disease.
