精益化护理联合互动式健康教育用于溃疡性结肠炎的效果观察

Effect of Lean Nursing Combined with Interactive Health Education for Patients with Ulcerative Colitis

目的:探讨精益化护理联合互动式健康教育用于溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的效果。方法:选取2022年6月至2023年12月我院收治的40例UC患者,采用抽签法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各20例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理干预基础上给予精益化护理联合互动式健康教育干预,比较2组患者临床疗效及不良情绪改善情况。结果:观察组患者总有效率高于对照组(100.0%VS80.0%,P<0.05)。干预后,2组患者不良情绪评分均出现不同程度的降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:精益化护理联合互动式健康教育可提高UC患者临床治疗效果,改善患者不良情绪,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of lean nursing combined with interactive health education for patients with ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods Total 40 patients with UC admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group by lottery method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given lean nursing combined with interactive health education on the basis of routine nursing intervention.The clinical efficacy and improvement of adverse emotions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(100.0%vs 80.0%,P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of adverse emotions of the two groups were reduced to different degrees,which were lower in the observation group than in the con-trol group(P<0.05).Conclusion Lean nursing combined with interactive health education can im-prove the clinical treatment effect of patients with UC and improve their adverse emotions,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
