摘要
零能耗建筑是减少城市碳排放的有效手段,高气密性则是零能耗建筑的一个典型特征,本研究在几项建筑气密性测量研究的基础上,总结了建筑中典型的漏风路径,并通过追溯施工过程进一步分析了建筑中典型漏风部件的原因。此外,本文建立了建筑气密性的针对性措施,并将其应用于实际案例。最后,对所改善的建筑气密性进行了测量,结果表明,所测超低能耗建筑的气密性范围为0.13h^(-1)至0.57h^(-1),平均值为0.32h^(-1)。
Zero energy buildings are an effective means to reduce urban carbon emissions,and high air tightness is a typical feature of zero energy buildings.Based on several studies on building air tightness measurement,this study summarizes typical air leakage paths in buildings and further analyzes the reasons for typical air leakage components in buildings by tracing the construction process.In addition,this article establishes targeted measures forbuilding air tightness and applies them to practical cases.Finally,the improved building air tightness was measured,and the results showed that the air tightness range of the ultra-low energy consumption building measured was 0.13h^(-1)to 0.57h^(-1),with an average value of 0.32h^(-1).
