绿色建造是当下及今后相当长时间内建筑行业转型发展的方向。据调研信阳绿色建造产业目前处于发展阶段,绿色建造产业链还没有完全形成;但信阳在城市发展定位、保温材料、产业布局等方面具有推广发展绿色建造的优势。可以加强顶层设计,建立完善的绿色建造标准体系,推动形成绿色建造全过程碳排放监测与核查技术体系,推动形成绿色建造产业支撑体系等方面作为着力点,全面推进信阳绿色建造产业高质量可持续发展。

Green construction is the direction of transformation and development in the construction industry at present and for a considerable period of time in the future.According to research,the green construction industry in Xinyang is currently in the development stage,and the green construction industry chain has not yet fully formed.However,Xinyang has advantages in promoting the development of green construction in urban development positioning,insulation materials,industrial layout,and other aspects.It can strengthen top-level design,establish a comprehensive green construction standard system,promote the formation of a carbon emission monitoring and verification technology system throughout the green construction process,and promote the formation of a green construction industry support system as the starting point,comprehensively promoting the high-quality and sustainabledevelopment of Xinyang's green construction industry.
