摘要
施工机械的质量水平关系到建筑机电设备是否顺利进行和施工工程效益的好坏。所以,在建筑机电安装过程中做好对工程的科学管理与监控,并全面了解工程成本管理与成本控制之间的相互关系,并根据工程实践情况加以研究,形成一个科学、有效的成本管理体系和成本监控框架,已是对建筑机电安装过程中所有项目进行的关键。本文对建筑机电工程造价BIM技术运用要点进行了阐述,目的在于充分发挥BIM技术的运用价值,持续提升建筑机电工程的效益。
The quality level of construction machinery is related to the smooth progress of building mechanical and electrical equipment and the effectiveness of construction projects.Therefore,in the process of building electromechanical installation,it is crucial to carry out scientific management and monitoring of the project,comprehensively understand the interrelationship between project cost management and cost control,and conduct research based on engineering practice to form a scientific and effective cost management system and cost monitoring framework for all projects in the building electromechanical installation process.This article elaborates on the key points of the application of BIM technology in the cost of building electromechanical engineering,with the aim of fully leveraging the value of BIM technology and continuously improving the efficiency of building electromechanical engineering.
