In modern society,energy resources are becoming increasingly scarce,and energy consumption is putting significant pressure on the environment.As important places for students and teachers to study and live,the electrical energy-saving design of college buildings is crucial in the field of energy conservation in higher education institutions.Effective electrical energy-saving design can respond to national energy-saving and emission-reduction policies,reduce environmental impact,lower operational costs,and improve the energy efficiency of electrical systems in college buildings,thereby achieving the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction.Based on this,the paper first explains the general principles of electrical energy-saving design in buildings,and then focuses on the technical key points of electrical energy-saving design in college buildings.
