浮针结合股四头肌训练治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效分析

Analysis of the Therapeutic Effect of Floating Needle combined with Quadriceps Training in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:探讨浮针结合股四头肌训练治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:纳入2023年1月—2023年6月佛山复星禅诚医院康复医学科收治的膝关节骨性关节炎患者86例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予股四头肌训练,观察组加用浮针治疗,疗程为4周。比较两组疼痛视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)评分、膝关节评分量表(Lysholm)评分、西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)评分、关节活动度,统计两组临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组VAS评分、WOMAC各项评分及总分均较治疗前降低(P <0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P <0.05);治疗后,两组Lysholm评分较治疗前升高(P <0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组屈曲、背伸、内收、外展角度均较治疗前增大(P <0.05),且观察组大于对照组(P <0.05);观察组总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:浮针结合股四头肌训练治疗膝关节骨性关节炎可以缓解临床症状,恢复膝关节功能。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of floating needle combined with quadriceps training in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:A total of 86 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine of Foshan Foxing Chancheng Hospital from January 2023 to June 2023 were included and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group was given quadriceps training,and the observation group was given floating needle treatment for 4 weeks.The pain visual analogue scale(VAS)score,knee joint rating scale(Lysholm)score,Western Ontario and McMaster University Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC)score,and joint range of motion were compared between the two groups,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was statistically analyzed.Results:After treatment,the VAS scores,WOMAC scores and total scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the Lysholm scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the flexion,dorsiflexion,adduction and abduction angles of the two groups were increased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Floating needle combined with quadriceps training can relieve clinical symptoms and restore knee joint function in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
