摘要
以神东矿区工作面沿空留巷为工程背景,采用理论分析、室内试验及数值模拟的方法,对煤矸石混凝土的配比优化进行试验研究,分析开采过程中巷道围岩变形与煤矸石混凝土加固体应力分布特征,结果表明:采用煤矸石混凝土加固巷帮与高预应力、强力锚杆锚索联合支护,能够有效控制沿空留巷围岩的变形,保持沿空留巷的稳定。基于室内试验与数值模拟,分析煤矸石混凝土最优配合比以及巷内、巷帮支护的相互关系,最终优化得出最佳支护方案,此外提出了沿空留巷支护设计的原则,旨在为神东矿区的无煤柱开采提供科学的参考依据。通过本研究,不仅对沿空留巷的支护技术进行了创新和优化,也为类似的矿山工程提供了宝贵的理论和实践经验。
Based on the engineering background of gob-side entry retaining in Shendong mining area,the ratio of coal gangue concrete was optimized by means of theoretical analysis,laboratory test and numerical simulation,and the characteristics of surrounding rock deformation and reinforcement stress distribution in the mining process were analyzed.The results show that the surrounding rock deformation can be controlled and stability of the retained entry can be maintained using the coal gangue concrete reinforcement for roadway sides,and the combined support of high prestress strong bolt and cable.According to the results of the laboratory test and numerical simulation,ratio of coal gangue concrete,and the connection among supports inside and beside roadways,the optimal supporting plan was obtained.The design principle for supports in gob-side entry retaining was proposed,thus to provide a scientific basis for non-pllar mining in Shendong mine area.The support technology was optimized for gob-side entry retaining,and a reference was provided for similar engineering geological conditions.
