“新师范”背景下教师教育专业集群内涵建设探索与实践

摘要 文章分析了新师范理念对教师教育提出的新要求,强调了专业集群在提升教育质量和推动教师教育改革中的重要作用,详细阐述了专业集群内涵建设的实践路径,促进优质教育资源的集中展示和共享,形成具有特色的专业集群,提升整体竞争力和影响力,再加强实践教学,完善评价体系,培养具备创新精神和实践能力的优秀教师,提升教师队伍整体素质。通过这些实践举措,为培养更多高素质、专业化的教师提供有力支持,对未来教师教育专业集群内涵建设的发展趋势进行了展望,以期为我国教育事业的持续发展贡献力量。 This article analyzes the new requirements that the“New Normal”concept places on teacher education and emphasizes the significant role of professional clusters in enhancing education quality and driving teacher education reform.It elaborates on the practical approaches to the connotative construction of professional clusters,which promote the concentrated display and sharing of high-quality educational resources,forming distinctive professional clusters.These efforts aim to enhance overall competitiveness and influence,strengthen practical teaching,improve evaluation systems,and cultivate outstanding teachers with innovative spirit and practical abilities,thereby improving the overall quality of the teaching workforce.Through these practical measures,strong support is provided for cultivating more high-quality,professional teachers,and the future development trends of connotative construction in teacher education professional clusters are anticipated,contributing to the continuous development of China's education sector.
