基于Box behnken的加气砼界面剂黏结性能

摘要 为研究加气砼界面剂的黏结性能,通过Box-behnken进行试验设计,并且构建黏结强度的回归方程,同时验证回归方程的可靠性,研究双因素交互作用影响并对配合比进行优化。结果表明:将7d、14d黏结强度最大值作为目标优化值,得出最优配合比:聚灰比为6%,水胶比为0.49,减水剂掺量为0.284%,预测值和实测值误差较小,证明Box-behnken用于加气砼界面剂配合比优化的准确性与科学性。研究结果可为聚合物砂浆的黏结性能研究及实际应用提供理论参考。 In order to study the bond performance of aerated concrete interfacial agent,the experimental design was carried out by Box-behnken,and the regression equation of bond strength was constructed,and the reliability of the regression equation was verified,and the effect of two-factor interaction was investigated and the optimization of the mix ratio was carried out.The results show that the maximum value of bond strength at 7d and 14d is taken as the target optimization value,and the optimal mixing ratio is 6%of polymer-ash ratio,0.49 of water-cement ratio,and 0.284%of water reducer dosage,and the error between predicted and measured values is relatively small,which proves the accuracy and scientificity of the Box-behnken used for the optimization of the mixing ratio of the aerated concrete interfacial agent.The results of this study can provide theoretical references for the study of adhesive properties and practical application of polymer mortar.
