摘要
第二关节梁为悬挂式单轨三开道岔关键梁体,梁体的强度以及变形会影响到锁定、驱动等装置的运转精度,进而影响到整个道岔的使用。同时梁体底部为开口结构,其过度变形也会影响到行车安全。因此,通过有限元分析软件对梁体进行静力学分析计算,得到不同工况下梁体的应力及变形,其中在最不利工况下最大变形为1.895mm,最大应力为133.36MPa,均能满足相关标准的要求。同时从计算结果得到关节梁的变形规律,即关节梁在承受外部载荷作用时,梁体在垂向上产生一个向下的挠度,梁底部会产生横向变形,梁走行面上会产生翻转变形。通过现场加载试验对静力学分析结果进行验证。试验结果表明:在静力学分析标记区域内,梁体的最大竖向变形测量值为1.5 mm,最大横向变形为1.55 mm,排除误差影响,加载试验的结果与静力学分析结果,无论在数值上还是在变化规律上均较为相符,进一步验证了静力学分析计算的有效性。
The second joint beam is the key beam body of the suspended monorail three-way turnout.The strength and deformation of the beam body will affect the operation accuracy of the locking and driving devices and thus affect the use of the entire turnout.At the same time,the bottom of the beam body is an open structure,and its excessive deformation will also affect driving safety.The static analysis and calculation of the beam body are carried out by finite element analysis software,and the stress and deformation of the beam body under different working conditions are obtained.The maximum deformation under the most unfavorable working conditions is 1.895 mm and the maximum stress is 133.36 MPa,which meets the requirements of relevant standards.At the same time,the deformation law of the joint beam is obtained from the calculation results,that is,when the joint beam is subjected to external load,the beam body produce a downward deflection in the vertical direction,transverse deformation at the bottom,and overturning deformation on the walking surface.The static analysis results are verified by field loading test.The test results show that in the marked area of static analysis,the measured value of the maximum vertical deformation of the beam is 1.5mm and the maximum transverse deformation is 1.55 mm.Excluding the influence of error,the results of loading test are consistent with the results of static analysis both in value and change law,which further verifies the effectiveness of static analysis and calculation.
