硒代蛋氨酸对草莓种苗繁育和子苗生长的影响

摘要 为探究不同浓度的硒代蛋氨酸对草莓育苗的影响,本研究以‘红颜’草莓品种为试材,在草莓母株匍匐茎发生初期,通过叶面喷施4种不同浓度(5、10、20、40 mg/L)的硒代蛋氨酸,以清水作为对照(CK),研究了这些处理对草莓母株生长、匍匐茎抽生数量、子苗质量、光合特性以及氮代谢的影响。结果显示,叶面喷施不同浓度的硒代蛋氨酸能显著促进草莓母株的生长,增加匍匐茎的抽生数量和子苗数量,提升子苗质量,并显著提高了子苗的光合色素含量、净光合速率、气孔导度和蒸腾速率以及子苗的硝酸还原酶(NR)和谷氨酰胺合成酶(GS)的活性等生理指标,子苗的茎粗、叶面积、根系活力和壮苗指数也得到显著提升。表明,在草莓母株匍匐茎发生初期,叶面喷施适宜浓度的硒代蛋氨酸,通过促进草莓母株的光合作用和氮代谢的协同效应进而提高草莓母株的繁苗数量和子苗的质量。以20 mg/L的硒代蛋氨酸处理效果最为显著。 In order to explore the effects of different concentrations of selenometine on strawberry seeding propagation,this study took‘Benihoppe’strawberry as the test material.At the early stage of stolonization of strawberry mother plants,four different concentrations of selenometine(5,10,20,40 mg/L)were sprayed on the leaf surface,and water was used as the control(CK).The effects of these treatments on the growth of strawberry mother plant,number of stolon extraction,daughter plant quality,photosynthetic characteristics and nitrogen metabolism were studied.The results showed that leaf spraying with different concentrations of selenometine could significantly promote the growth of strawberry mother plants,increase the number of stolon extraction and the number of daughter plant,and improve the quality of daughter plant.Physiological indexes such as photosynthetic pigment content,net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate,nitrate reductase(NR)and glutamine synthetase(GS)activities of daughter plant were significantly increased.Stem diameter,leaf area,root activity and daughter plant strength index were also significantly increased.The results showed that in the early stage of stolonization of strawberry mother plants,the suitable concentration of selenometine sprayed on the leaf surface could improve the number of daughter plant and the quality of daughter plant by promoting the synergistic effect of photosynthesis and nitrogen metabolism of strawberry mother plants.Treatment with 20mg/L selenomethionine had the most significant effect.
