洋麻纤维地聚合物混凝土的抗渗透及抗腐蚀性能研究

摘要 混凝土中掺加纤维能够改善地聚合物混凝土的拉伸性能,添加天然纤维替代合成纤维更符合低碳环保理念,而洋麻纤维便是其中之一。文中以地聚合物混凝土为研究对象,通过开展物理力学实验及吸水性试验,分析洋麻纤维对地聚合物混凝土吸水性、孔隙率、抗氯离子渗透,以及抗腐蚀的能力。结果表明,随着洋麻纤维长度和含量不断增加,地聚合物混凝土的吸水率、孔隙度,以及吸附性也随之提高;0.75%,1.0%纤维含量和20,30 mm条件下洋麻纤维地聚合物混凝土,抗水渗透能力较好,比普通地聚合物混凝土氯离子渗透深度减少20%~25%;洋麻纤维地聚合物混凝土在硫酸盐和酸性环境中表现出抗硫酸盐和酸性侵蚀能力,但当将纤维含量为1.5%、长度40 mm时候,抗酸性能力有所降低。 The tensile qualities of geopolymer concrete can be enhanced by adding fibres,and kenaf fibre is one of the natural fibres instead of synthetic fibres and is more in line with the ideas of low carbon and environmental protection.The ground polymer concrete is the subject of physical and mechanical investigations as well as a water absorption test,and the water absorption,porosity,resistance to corrosion,and resistance to chlorine ion penetration of kenaf fibre on ground polymer concrete are examined.The findings indicate that geopolymer concrete has higher water absorption,porosity,and adsorption with the increase of kenaf fibre length and content.Under the conditions of 0.75%,1.0%fiber content,and 20 mm and 30 mm fiber length,the kenaf fibre geopolymer concrete has better water penetration resistance than regular geopolymer concrete,with a 20%~25%reduction in the depth of chlorine ion penetration.Kenaf fibre geopolymer concrete presents resistance to sulphate and acidic attack in sulphate and acidic environments,however,resistance to acidity decreases with the fibre content of 1.5%and the length of 40mm.
