核电厂安全级独立构筑物供电方案研究与分析

摘要 核电厂安全级独立构筑物具有远离核岛、布置分散和供电要求高的特性,导致供电配置方案复杂,实施困难,同时造价高昂,因此需在满足核安全功能的基础上,配置适宜完整的供电方案,提升工程的可行性和经济性。从核岛厂用电配置原则和架构出发,以新增应急柴油发电机组厂房为例,对维持其厂房日常运行和设备应急启动的负荷进行了详细分析,并据此提供核电厂纵深防御下正常电源、应急电源、直流电源等多层次用电要求的供电解决方案,为核电厂同类安全级独立构筑物供电方案的解决提供示范和指导作用。 The nuclear safety level independent structures of nuclear power plants have the characteristics of being far away from nuclear islands,scattered layout,and high requirements of power supply,resulting in complex power supply configuration schemes,difficult implementation,and high cost.Therefore,it is necessary by configure suitable and complete power supply schemes to improve the feasibility and economy of the project on the basis of meeting nuclear safety functions.Starting from the principles and architecture of nuclear island auxiliary power configuration,this paper takes the new emergency diesel generator set building as an example to conduct a detailed analysis of the load required to maintain daily operation of the building and emergency start-up of equipment.Based on this,it provides a power supply solution for multi-level power requirements such as normal power supply,emergency power supply,and DC power supply under the defense of nuclear power plants in depth.The above content supply demonstration and guidance for the power supply solutions of similar safety level independent structures in nuclear power plants.
