核电站降低火灾导致热短路误动作的电路设计研究

摘要 针对核电站在火灾概率安全分析中热短路导致电路误动作的问题,通过研究火灾概率安全分析评估的电路失效分析方法、核电厂电气电路设计功能及电缆在火灾中的失效模式,结合工程设计实践,提出核电站电气电路设计降低热短路导致误动作的电路设计方法,并给出在核电站设计中应用的实施办法,以及通过该方法完成的电路设计优化实践案例。 This paper,regarding to the research of spurious operation due to the hot short induced by fire in Fire Probabilistic Safety Assessment(PSA)of Nuclear Power Plant(NPP),studies the function of circuit design and cable failure mode in fire scenarios based on the methodology of circuit failure analysis in fire PSA of NPP,as well as the industry practice.A circuit design methodology is proposed to lower the probabilistic value of fire-induced spurious operation due to the hot short,and the procedure of practice guide is also being suggested for NPP design through the demonstration of the practices that have been done in NPP design to update the circuit design based on this methodology.
