具有自检功能的智能SF_(6)气体密度监测用软测量模型误差分析

摘要 对已有的SF_(6)气体密度检测建立软测量模型,根据误差传递原理,完成理论分析和解析推导,得到相应的误差估计解析不等式。结合SF_(6)气体在全密封电器中的压力和温度常用的工作范围,进一步确定了软测量模型误差估计不等式中的误差传播系数值,得到了可以用于软测量模型误差估计的解析公式。基于该公式分析了密度继电器产品准确度设定和准确度应用的合理性,证明了该软测量模型及其误差估计公式的有效性。SF_(6)气体密度软测量模型与误差估计方法及其误差估计不等式,可以在免维护智能SF_(6)电气设备传感、监测、校准和诊断类仪器仪表、装置及系统的技术发展过程中发挥重要的指导作用。 This paper research company existing SF_(6)gas density testing soft measurement model is established,according to the principle of error transfer,completed the theoretical analysis and analytical derivation,the corresponding analytical inequality of error estimation is obtained.Combined with the common working range of SF_(6)gas pressure and temperature in fully sealed electrical apparatus,the error propagation system value in the error estimation inequality of soft measurement model is further established,and an analytical formula for error estimation of soft measurement model is obtained.Based on this formula,this paper analyzes the rationality of precision setting and precision application of a density relay made by Leyan Company,and proves the validity of the soft sensor model and its error estimation formula.The SF_(6)gas density soft measurement model,error estimation method and its error estimation inequality can play an important guiding role in the technical development of intelligent SF_(6)electrical equipment sensing,monitoring,calibration and diagnosis instruments,devices and systems.
