摘要
随着全球经济一体化和技术革命的不断深入,纺织工业亟须通过引入智能制造技术来重塑自身结构,以适应快速变化的市场需求和增强产业链的灵活性。随着人工智能、物联网、大数据分析等技术的快速发展,纺织行业能够实现从原材料采购、设计开发、生产制造到销售服务的全链条数字化管理,进而实现精准制造和个性化定制。转型升级的道路充满技术应用的成本、人才培养、供应链整合、数据安全等多方面问题亟待解决。针对纺织工业数字化转型的现状与趋势、智能制造技术的框架与组成以及智能制造技术在纺织工业中的具体应用案例展开探讨,以期为纺织企业的数字化转型提供战略建议和实施路径,促进纺织工业的持续创新和高质量发展。
With the deepening of global economic integration and technological revolution,the textile industry is in urgent need of reshaping its own structure by introducing intelligent manufacturing technology,in order to adapt to the rapidly changing market demand and enhance the flexibility of the industrial chain.With the rapid development of artificial intelligence,Internet of Things,big data analysis and other technologies,the textile industry can realize the digital management of the whole chain from raw material procurement,design and development,production and manufacturing to sales and service,and then realize precision manufacturing and personalized customization.The road of transformation and upgrading is also full of the cost of technology application,talent training,supply chain integration,data security and other problems to be solved urgently.The current situation and trend of digital transformation of textile industry,the framework and composition of intelligent manufacturing technology,and the specific application cases of intelligent manufacturing technology in textile industry were discussed,in order to provide strategic suggestions and implementation paths for digital transformation of textile enterprises,and promote continuous innovation and high-quality development of textile industry.
