摘要
糖尿病周围神经病变(diabetic peripheral neuropathy,DPN)是糖尿病最常见的并发症,由于其病因和发病机制不明,这给早期诊断和治疗带来困难。代谢因素在DPN中发挥极其重要作用已成为共识。近年来,随着代谢组学的发展,氨基酸代谢紊乱与DPN的相关性受到了高度关注。本综述总结了氨基酸代谢紊乱在DPN发生、发展中的作用,为探究DPN的生物标志物以及发病机制提供新思路,也为DPN的预防、诊断和治疗开辟新的方向。
Diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)is the most common complication of diabetes,the etiology and pathogenesis of which are unclear,making it difficult for early diagnosis and treatment.It has become a consensus that metabolic factors play an extremely important role in DPN.In recent years,with the development of metabonomics,the relationship between amino acid metabolism and DPN has received high attention.This review summarizes the relationship between amino acids changes and the development of DPN,to explore biomarkers and pathogenesis of DPN for its prevention,diagnosis and treatment.
