由分析总结“新文科”的历史由来、探讨归纳“新文科”人才培养的普遍规律和基本要求,并据“新文科”建设的基本理念和前沿要求,提出卫生健康法律人才培养与专业建设中应重点从顶层设计、跨界融通、创新培养、社会需求、师资力量等分析问题产生的原因,进而有针对性地提出若干完善性建议。

By analyzing and summarizing the historical origin of"new liberal arts",this paper explores and summarizes the universal laws and basic requirements of talent cultivation of"new liberal arts",puts forward that the causes of problems in the cultivation and professional development of health law talents should be analyzed from the aspects of top-level design,cross-border integration,innovated cultivation,social needs and teachers according to the basic concept and frontier requirements of the development of"new liberal arts",then puts forward some relevant suggestions.
