新时期卫生健康法学学科建设的发展目标与实践路径

Development Goals and Practice Paths for Health Law Construction in the New Era

从卫生健康法学学科建设的时代背景出发,总结该学科发展中的现实困境,结合新时代而提出该学科的建设发展目标:应加强中国特色社会主义卫生健康道路和习近平法治思想等课程思政内容建设;应回归法学学科根本,探索以法学核心课程为基础,融合相关跨学科专业内容,培养学生系统性思维的课程结构设置;积极探索教师轮岗联合授课模式以解决短期内复合型师资力量不足的困境;应改革该学科建设中的科教研管理机制,使之更符合学科发展的规律。

Starting from the era background of discipline construction of health law,this paper summarizes the realistic dilemmas in the development of the discipline,and suggests the construction and development goals of this discipline in combination with the new era:firstly,strengthening the construction of the ideological and political contents of the courses on the road of socialism of China's characteristics in health and Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law;secondly,returning to the fundamentals of the discipline of law,and exploring the curriculum structure which is based on the core courses of law,integrating the relevant interdisciplinary professional contents,and cultivating students'systematic thinking;thirdly,actively exploring the mode of teachers'rotating joint lectures in order to solve the dilemma of the shortage of composite faculty in the short term;fourthly,reforming the management mechanism of science,education,and research in the construction of the discipline of health law to be better in line with the law of the discipline development。
