Theory and Practice of Smart Sports Services Promoting Positive Aging

智慧体育服务助推“积极老龄化”既是积极应对人口老龄化发展战略的客观需要,也是符合信息时代发展潮流和推进社会治理现代化的主观选择。智慧体育服务在养老服务体系中通过价值嵌入、技术赋能和交互增慧,塑造了养老模式的主动健康理念,提供了智慧体育服务需要的技术支撑,激发了用户的沉浸式运动交互体验。智慧体育服务助推“积极老龄化”的三重逻辑表现为:以“智慧化”体医融合服务预防老年慢性疾病,以“精准化”体育服务推送实现供需精准匹配,以“一体化”智慧体育社区提升整体运行效能。然而,从现实水平看,在观念层面、技术层面、组织层面以及人才供给等方面的桎梏也阻滞了智慧体育服务功能的发挥。需要进一步提高老年人“主动健康”意识,强化社区老年体育治理的智慧化水平;优化老年智慧体育服务产品设计,以“包容性智慧”提升服务可及性;加强顶层设计和分层整合,增加社区老年智慧体育服务的协同性;创新社区“体、医、养”复合型人才培育,完善人才管理机制。

Smart sports services in promoting positive aging is not only an objective need to actively respond to the development strategy of population aging,but also a subjective choice that conforms to the development trend of the information age and promotes the modernization of social governance.Through value embedding,technology empowerment and interactive enhancement in the elderly care service system,smart sports services have shaped the active health concept of the elderly care model,provided the technical support required by smart sports services,and inspired the users to experience immersive sports interaction.The triple logic of intelligent sports service to promote active aging is shown as follows:to prevent chronic diseases of the elderly with intelligent integrated sports and medical services,to achieve accurate matching of supply and demand with precise sports service,and to improve the overall operation efficiency with integrated intelligent sports community.However,from the reality,problems at the concept level,technology level,organization level and human resource level have limited the functions of smart sports service.It is necessary to improve the awareness of active health of the elderly,and strengthen the intelligent level of community elderly sports governance,to optimize the design of smart sports services for the elderly,to improve the accessibility of services with inclusive wisdom,to strengthen top-level design and hierarchical integration,to increase the synergy of smart sports services for the elderly in the community,to train physical,medical and nursing talent teams in the innovative community,and to improve the talent management mechanism.
