柯街河道断面水位流量关系单值化工程措施研究

摘要 为掌握柯街河道断面工程措施后断面冲淤变化、水文要素测验条件和水位流量关系变化等水文特征规律,推进水文数据采集自动化,数据管理信息化、数字化、智慧化建设,开展柯街河道断面水位流量关系单值化工程措施研究。依据工程措施前后实测水文资料,采用对比分析法和误差分析法,对工程措施实施效果进行统计分析。结果表明:工程措施实施后河道断面冲淤变化明显减小,水位及流量监测条件得到改善,水位流量关系变化趋于稳定,河道断面河段高洪水位至保证水位行洪能力降低6.4%~14.9%。柯街河道断面单值化工程措施效果明显,可为下一步工作的推进及河道断面单值化工程措施的应用推广和研究提供参考借鉴。 In order to grasp the hydrological characteristics such as changes in cross-sectional scouring anddeposition,hydrological measuring conditions,and variations in the water level-discharge relationship following theimplementation of engineering measures in Kejie River channel section,and to advance the automation of hydrologicaldata collection,as well as the digitalization,informatization,and intellectualization of data management,a study onunifying the water level-discharge relationship through engineering measures in Kejie River channel section wasconducted.Based on the hydrological data collected before and after the engineering measures,comparative analysisand error analysis methods were used to statistically analyze the effects of the engineering measures.The resultsindicate that the implementation of the engineering measures signifi cantly reduced changes in cross-sectional scouringand deposition,improved conditions for monitoring water levels and discharge,and led to a stabilization in the waterlevel-discharge relationship.The capacity of the river section to handle fl oods from high fl ood levels to guaranteedwater levels decreased by 6.4%to 14.9%.The outcomes of Kejie River channel section unification engineeringmeasures are signifi cant and can serve as a reference for advancing further work and for the application and researchof unifi cation engineering measures in river channel sections.
