摘要
为提前抢占宝贵的接入资源,新能源场站常常接入规划或在建的变电站,一旦变电站实际投产时间发生变化,可能无法满足新能源场站的并网要求。文章探讨了新型电力系统背景下,为最大程度地帮助新能源开发商规避风险,设计人员应如何以永临结合的思路开展新能源外送工程设计。在峪山光伏典型案例中,设计人员遵循由远及近的原则,在外送线路路径、基础型式、杆塔类型、排塔定位、附件金具使用上,兼顾终期和临时方案要求,减少了不必要的投资,最终实现了临时方案向终期方案的平稳过渡,高质量满足了其并网需求。
In order to seize valuable access resources in advance,new energy stations often plan to access substations that are planned or under construction.Once the actual operation time of the substations change,it may not be able to meet the grid-connection requirements of new energy stations.In this paper,to help new energy developers without a hitch,an idea of combining long-term and short-term development for new energy delivery engineering design was carried out under the background of new power system.In the typical case of Yushan photovoltaic project,the designer taking into account the line path,the foundation type,the tower type,the tower positioning,and the accessories follows the principle of"long-term first and then short-term".Finally,unnecessary investment was reduced,the project was transitioned from short-term to long-term smoothly,and the grid-connected needs was met successful.
