摘要
根据电力生产现场实际工作需要,文章设计研发了一种应用于输变电多场景的高压试验组合工器具,从传统作业方式布置不灵活、使用不便捷、固定不可靠及配件不整合等实际问题出发,利用头脑风暴法及归纳总结法提出设计方案,将成品试用于工作现场,使工作人员能够更加牢固、灵活地布置安全警戒带和试验加压线。
A high-voltage test combination tool for multiple scenarios of power transmission and transformation has been designed and developed to meet the specific needs of the power production site.The design scheme was formulated by addressing practical problems associated with traditional operation methods,such as inflexible layout,inconvenient use,unreliable fixation,and incomplete integration of accessories.The brainstorming and inductive summary methods were employed to propose the design scheme.The finished product was tested on the work site,resulting in improved safety measures for the staff,including flexible arrangement of safety warning belts and test pressure lines.
