炼厂氢气系统优化改造及成效分析

摘要 氢能优化利用是石化企业实现双碳目标的重要途径之一。以现有的千万吨级炼厂为例,结合炼厂供氢品质及压力,按照氢气分级分质利用原则,给出氢气管网优化方案。优化后每年可为企业节省成本2560.53万元,碳排放减少9.41×10^(4) t/a。 Optimal utilization of hydrogen energy is one of the important ways for petrochemical enterprises to achieve the goal of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals".Taking the existing ten-million-ton refinery as an example,combining the quality and pressure of hydrogen supply in the refinery,according to the principle of hydrogen grading and mass utilization,the optimization scheme of hydrogen pipeline network is given.According to the CO_(2) emission calculation model of the hydrogen production unit,the carbon emission of the hydrogen production unit before and after the optimization of the hydrogen pipeline network is estimated.After optimization,the cost of the enterprise can be saved by 25.6053 million yuan per year,and the carbon emission can be reduced by 94100 t/a.
