Analysis on the Management Status of Agricultural Listed Enterprises under the Background

贯彻落实乡村振兴战略以来,农业企业实现了进一步的高速发展。以北交所第一家种子、农药上市公司作为样本,针对经营状况,围绕成本控制、库存管理、研发创新、并购重组等多个方面,结合内外部环境进行综合分析,基于其所面临的风险与挑战,提出在未来发展中的建议,为广大综合性农资生产企业提供一定的启示与借鉴。

Since the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,agricultural enterprises have achieved further rapid development.Taking the first seed and pesticide listed company on the Beijing Stock Exchange as a sample,this paper conducts a comprehensive analysis of its business condition,focusing on cost control,inventory management,research and development innovation,mergers and acquisitions,etc.,in combination with internal and external environments.Based on the risks and challenges it faces,suggestions for future development are proposed to provide insights and references for comprehensive agricultural input production enterprises.
