利用硅灰石尾矿制备建筑陶瓷瓷质砖的研究

摘要 以硅灰石尾矿为主要原料,探究高钙固废制备建筑陶瓷瓷质砖的可行性。借助TG-DTA、XRD、SEM以及力学性能测试研究不同硅灰石尾矿含量、烧成温度对于坯体力学性能、物相与微观结构的影响。结果表明,硅灰石尾矿添加量为35 wt%时,在1150℃的条件下可以制备出吸水率为0.45%,抗折强度为53.9 MPa的瓷质砖试样。对坯体的烧结过程的进一步研究发现当温度低于900℃时,首先发生高岭土和方解石的脱水与分解过程;而在1050~1150℃时,硅灰石由1A型转变为2M型,并且与坯体中的硅铝酸盐反应形成钙长石,最终在低黏度液相的作用下完成坯体的致密化过程。 This study investigated the feasibility of preparing building ceramic tiles using solid waste with high calcium contents,with wollastonite serving as the primary raw material.The effects of various wollastonite tailing contents and firing temperatures on the mechanical properties,phase composition,and microstructures of the green body were investigated through TG-DTA,XRD,SEM and mechanical property testing methods.The result shows ceramic tile samples with a water absorption rate of 0.45%and a flexural strength of 53.9 MPa can be prepared with 35 wt%of wollastonite tailings at 1150℃.Further research on the sintering process of the green body reveals that dehydration and decomposition of kaolin and calcite occurred first when the temperature was below 900℃,while the wollastonite was transformed from the 1A type to the 2M type and reacted with the silicoaluminate in the green body to form calcium feldspar,ultimately achieveing densification of the green body under the action of a low viscosity liquid phase.
