摘要
目的 解决医院绩效考核数据分散且缺乏统一管理的问题,提高数据准确性并深度挖掘利用,为医院管理决策提供数据依据。方法 建设三级公立医院绩效考核平台,参照三级公立医院绩效考核指标要求,基于医院数据中心集成业务系统数据,形成指标数据库,借助商业智能分析工具分析并利用数据,通过权限管理保障数据安全。结果 平台通过指标分配、指标数据生成、数据验证,实现了数据的全流程闭环管理;设计赋分指标监控、历年反馈数据分析、分析报告自动生成等功能,为国考分析提供有力的数据及技术支撑。结论绩效考核平台的建设,解决了医院在数据管理方面存在的问题,实现了指标规则标准化、数据验证全程化、数据分析智能化,助力医院高质量发展。
Objective To solve the disadvantages of scattered performance appraisal data and lack of unified management,improve data accuracy and in-depth mining and utilization,and provide data basis for hospital management decisions.Methods According to the performance appraisal index requirements of tertiary public hospitals to build a performance appraisal platform for tertiary public hospitals,the index database was formed by integrating business system data based on hospital data center,analyzing and utilizing data with BI analysis tools,and ensuring data security through permission management.Results The platform realizes the whole-process closed-loop management of data through index allocation,index data generation and data verification;The design of scoring index monitoring,feedback data analysis over the years,automatic generation of analysis reports and other functions provide powerful data and technical support for national examination analysis.Conclusion The construction of the performance appraisal platform solves the problems existing in the data management of hospitals,realizes the standardization of index rules,the whole process of data verification,and the intelligence of data analysis,and helps the high-quality development of hospitals.
