面向神经病学的智能预问诊系统研究及应用

摘要 目的 神经系统疾病具有诊疗复杂、类型多样、多数疾病患病率低等特点,为降低神经系统疾病基层医疗机构首诊难度,提升医院医疗服务质量和效率,开展面向神经病学的智能预问诊系统研究。方法 在构建的神经系统疾病循证医学知识图谱基础上,通过循证医学规则引擎和规则流,利用人工智能技术构建智能预问诊系统。结果 该系统采用人机交互的引导式问答方式采集患者病情、既往史等信息,自动生成预问诊报告发送给临床医生。上线应用的效果表明,该系统优化了医院诊疗服务流程,有效提高了医患沟通效率。结论 该成果未来可应用到各级医疗机构,实现医院优质专科诊疗经验下沉基层,辅助基层规范化问诊。 Objective Neurological diseases have the characteristics of complex diagnosis and treatment,diverse types,and low incidence of most diseases.In order to reduce the difficulty of first diagnosis in primary medical institutions for neurological diseases,improve the quality and efficiency of medical services in our hospital,we are conducting research on intelligent pre diagnosis systems for neurology.Methods On the basis of the constructed evidence-based medicine knowledge graph for neurological diseases,an intelligent pre diagnosis system was constructed using AI technology through an evidence-based medicine rule engine and rule flow.Results The system adopts a guided question and answer method of human-computer interaction to collect patient's condition,medical history and other information,automatically generates pre consultation reports and sends them to clinical doctors.The application effect Chinese Journal of Health Informatics and Management,August 2024,Vol.21,No.4中国卫生信息管理杂志2024年8月第21卷第4期shows that the system optimizes the hospital's diagnosis and treatment service process and effectively improves the efficiency of doctor-patient communication.Conclusion This achievement can be applied to medical institutions at all levels in the future,achieving the sinking of high-quality specialized diagnosis and treatment experience at the grassroots level of Tiantan Hospital,and assisting in standardized consultation at the grassroots level.
