种养结合饲养模式对三花鹅生产性能、屠宰性能及肉品质的影响

摘要 试验为了探索种养结合模式对鹅养殖产业的影响,将三花鹅进行玉米地放养和舍饲相结合的方式进行对比试验,测定生产性能、屠宰性能和肉品质,为鹅产业升级转型提供技术依据。选取50日龄鹅苗320只,公母各半,随机分成1个试验组和1个对照组,每组8个重复,每个重复20只,试验周期为21 d,舍内饲喂基础日粮,玉米地内不使用除草剂。结果表明,成活率、平均日耗料量和料重比方面,试验组与对照组差异极显著(P<0.01);屠宰率、全净膛率和半净膛率方面,试验组和对照组相比差异极显著(P<0.01);剪切力指标,试验组和对照组相比差异极显著(P<0.01);腿肌率、腹脂率、滴水损失、红度(a*)、黄度(b*)方面,试验组和对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05);其余指标无显著差异(P>0.05)。种养结合饲养模式在提高成活率、屠宰性能和肉品质方面具有一定的优势,能明显降低饲养成本。 In order to explore the influence of the combined breeding mode on the goose breeding industry,the production performance,slaughter performance and meat quality of Sanhua geese were measured by the comparative experiment of cornfield stocking and house feeding,which provided technical basis for the upgrading and transformation of goose industry.A total of 320 geese aged 50 days,half male and half female,were randomly divided into 1 experimental group and 1 control group with 8 replicates in each group and 20 geese in each replicate.The experiment period was 21 days.The geese were fed basic diet in the house and no herbicide was used in the corn field.The results showed that the survival rate,average daily feed consumption and feed to gain ratio of experimental group and control group were significantly different(P<0.01).There were significant differences in slaughter rate,full evisceration rate and half evisceration rate between experimental group and control group(P<0.01).The shear force index of experimental group was significantly different from that of control group(P<0.01).There were significant differences in leg muscle percentage,abdominal fat percentage,drip loss,redness(a*)and yellow(b*)between experimental group and control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in other indexes(P>0.05).The results showed that the combined breeding mode had certain advantages in improving the survival rate,slaughtering performance and meat quality,and could significantly reduce the feeding cost.
