饲粮中添加地顶孢霉培养物对小鼠生长性能和免疫性能的影响

摘要 试验旨在研究饲粮中添加不同剂量的地顶孢霉培养物对小鼠生长性能和免疫性能的影响。选用体重相近的小鼠80只,随机分成4组,每组4个重复,每个重复5只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验T_(1)、T_(2)组和T_(3)组分别在基础日粮中添加0.5、1.5 g/kg和2.5 g/kg地顶孢霉培养物,试验期为28 d。结果表明:T_(2)组平均日增重显著高于对照组、T_(1)组和T_(3)组(P<0.05),T_(2)组的小鼠生长性能最好。T_(2)组的脾脏指数和胸腺指数均高于对照组、T_(1)组和T_(3)组,但各组间差异不显著(P>0.05);T_(2)组的血清溶血素含量高于对照组、T_(1)组和T_(3)组,差异不显著(P>0.05);T_(2)组碳廓清吞噬指数α1显著高于对照组、T_(1)组和T_(3)组(P<0.05);T_(2)组巨噬细胞的吞噬百分率显著高于对照组、T_(1)组和T_(3)组(P<0.05);T_(2)组巨噬细胞的吞噬指数α2高于对照组、T_(1)组和T_(3)组,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。综上所述,地顶孢霉培养物能够提高小鼠平均日增重,提高免疫器官指数、血清溶血素含量;提高巨噬细胞吞噬功能及单核吞噬细胞功能,综合评价地顶孢霉培养物提高小鼠免疫功能的适宜添加量为1.5 g/kg。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different doses of Acreosporium ter-reticulum culture on the growth performance and immune function of mice.A total of 80 mice with similar body weight were randomly divided into 4 groups with 4 replicates per group and 5 mice per replicate.Hens in the control group were fed a basal diet,and hens in test groups T_(1),T_(2) and T_(3) were fed 0.5,1.5 g/kg and 2.5 g/kg Acreosporium terreticulum culture to the control diet for 28 days.The results showed as follows:the average daily gain in group T_(2) was significantly higher than that in CT control group,T_(1) and T_(3) groups(P<0.05),and the growth performance of mice in group 1.5 g/kg was the best.The spleen index and thymus index of T_(2) group were higher than those of control group,T_(1) and T_(3) groups,but there was no significant difference among all groups(P>0.05).The serum hemolysin content of T_(2) group was higher than that of control group,T_(1) and T_(3) groups,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05);the phagocytic indexα1 of T_(2) group was higher than that in CT control group,T_(1) and T_(3) groups(P<0.05);the phagocytic percentage of macrophages of T_(2) group was significantly higher than that in control group,T_(1) and T_(3) groups(P<0.05);the phagocytic indexα2 of macrophages in T_(2) group was higher than that in control group,T_(1) and T_(3) groups,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).In conclusion,Acreosporium terreticulum culture could increase the average daily gain,immune organ index and serum hemolysin content of mice.The phagocytic function of macrophages and mononuclear phagocytic cells were improved,and the appropriate dosage of Acreosporium terreticulum culture to improve the immune function of mice was 1.5 g/kg.
