临床护士数字能力构成要素及模型构建

摘要 目的 构建临床护士数字能力构成要素及模型,为提升我国临床护士数字能力提供依据。方法 于2023年3-5月,以胜任力理论、欧盟数字能力框架为指导,通过文献分析法、德尔菲法确定临床护士数字能力构成要素,采用层次分析法确定一、二级构成要素权重,最终形成临床护士数字能力模型。结果 共进行2轮专家咨询,咨询问卷有效回收率为94.44%和88.89%,专家权威系数分别为0.83和0.86。最终形成的临床护士数字能力构成要素包含5个一级构成要素(数字技术能力、信息与数据素养、数字交流与创新、数字价值与追求、基本人格特质)和15个二级构成要素。结论 构建的临床护士数字能力构成要素及模型科学、合理,符合实际工作需要,可为临床护士数字能力的自我提升和培训提供理论和实践依据。 Objective To construct the components and model of clinical nurses' digital competence,so as to provide a basis for the training of clinical nurses' digital competence in China.Methods From March to May 2023,guided by the competency theory and the EU digital competency framework,the components of clinical nurses' digital competency were determined through literature analysis and Delphi method,and the weights of primary and secondary components were determined by hierarchical analysis to finally form the model of clinical nurses' digital competency.Results A total of 2 rounds of expert consultation were conducted,and the effective recovery rates of the consultation questionnaires were 94.44% and 88.89%,and the expert authority coefficients were 0.83 and 0.86,in which the finally formed clinical nurses' digital competence components contained 5 first-level(digital technology competence,information and data literacy,digital communication and innovation,digital value and pursuit,basic personality traits) and 15 second-level components.Conclusion The constructed digital competence components and model of clinical nurses are scientific,reasonable,and in line with the actual work needs,providing theoretical and practical basis for the self-improvement and training of clinical nurses' digital competence.
