心房颤动患者生活方式管理的最佳证据总结

Summary of the best evidence for lifestyle management in patients with atrial fibrillation

目的检索、评价和总结心房颤动(atrial fibrillation,AF)患者生活方式管理的最佳证据。方法基于PIPOST模式确定循证问题,根据“6S”金字塔模型从上而下系统检索BMJ Best Practice、Up To Date、Cochrane Library、JBI循证卫生保健数据库、PubMed、Web of Science、中国知网(CNKI)、万方等数据库及指南相关专业网站中关于AF患者生活方式管理的证据,并对纳入文献进行质量评价、证据提取及汇总。检索时限为建库至2023年6月1日。结果共纳入17篇文献,包括7篇指南、3篇专家共识、3篇证据总结及4篇系统评价,并总结出目的、多学科团队合作、饮食管理、控烟管理、运动管理、体重管理、睡眠与心理管理等7个维度共22条证据。结论本研究总结了AF患者生活方式管理相关的证据,可为护士对AF患者进行个性化、全方面的生活方式相关的健康教育提供循证依据及参考。

Objective To retrieve,evaluate,and summarize the best evidence at home and abroad regarding lifestyle management in patients with atrial fibrillation(AF).Methods Based on PIPOST pattern identify evidence-based problem,according to the"6S"pyramid model related,evidence on AF patients lifestyle management was systematically searched from the top down in databases and the related professional websites of guide such as BMJ Best Practice,Up To Date,Cochrane Library,JBI EBP Database,PubMed,Web of Science,CNKI,Wanfang,etc.The quality evaluation,evidence extraction,and summary of the included literature were carried out.The search time limit was from the establishment of the data to June 1,2023.Results A total of 17 literatures were enrolled,including 7 guidelines,3 expert consensus,3 evidence summaries,and 4 systematic reviews.A total of 22 pieces of evidence were obtained,divided into 7 aspects:Objective,multidisciplinary teamwork,diet management,smoking control management,exercise management,weight-loss management,sleep and psychological management.Conclusion The evidence related to lifestyle management for patients with AF is summarized in this study,which can provide guidance and reference for nurses to provide personalized and comprehensive lifestyle-related health education for AF patients.
