不同比例红蓝光对茄果类蔬菜幼苗生长及光合特性的影响

Effects of Varying Proportions of Red and Blue Light Spectra on the Growth and Photosynthetic Characteristics of Solanaceous Vegetables Seedling

摘要 以番茄(Lycopersicon esculentum Mill)、茄子(Solanum melongena L.)和辣椒(Capsicum annuum L.)为试材,采用穴盘育苗的方法,设计全光谱、红蓝2∶1、红蓝3∶1、红蓝5∶1、红蓝7∶1、自然光(CK)6个处理,研究了不同比例红蓝光组合对茄果类蔬菜幼苗生长和光合特性的影响,以期筛选出最适宜茄果类蔬菜育苗的LED灯配方。结果表明:红蓝5∶1处理的番茄和辣椒的株高为最大值;随着红光比例增加,对番茄和茄子茎粗的影响不显著,并且叶面积和生物量呈现先增加后减少的趋势。辣椒在红蓝7∶1处理具有最大叶面积、生物量以及叶绿素a/b比值。红蓝5∶1处理下3种蔬菜均达到最大光合参数值,但在红蓝7∶1时则呈下降趋势。隶属函数法评价结果表明,红蓝5∶1所得到的隶属函数值最高且排名第一,在育苗过程中可作为通用配方应用于茄果类蔬菜栽培中。 Tomato(Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.),eggplant(Solanum melongena L.)and pepper(Capsicum annuum L.)were used as the test materials,six treatments were designed by plug seedling method,full spectrum,red and blue 2:1,red and blue 3:1,red and blue 5:1,red and blue 7:1,natural light(CK).The effects of different proportions of red and blue light combinations on the growth and photosynthetic characteristics of solanaceous vegetable seedlings were studied,in order to screen out the most suitable LED lamp formula for solanaceous vegetables seedling.The results showed that the plant height of tomato and pepper treated with red and blue 5:1 was the maximum.With the increasing of the proportion of red light,the effect on the stem diameter of tomato and eggplant was not significant,and the leaf area and biomass increased first and then decreased.Pepper had the largest leaf area,biomass and chlorophyll a/b ratio in red and blue 7:1 treatment.Under the treatment of red and blue 5:l,the three vegetables all reached the maximum photosynthetic parameter value,but it showed a downward trend at red and blue 7:1.The evaluation results of membership function method showed that the membership function value obtained by red and blue 5:1 was the highest and ranked first,which could be used as a general formula in the cultivation of solanaceous vegetables.
