国家专利中药复方治疗强直性脊柱炎用药规律研究

Study of Medication Rules of National Patented Chinese Herbal Compounds for Ankylosing Spondylitis

目的:基于数据挖掘探讨国家专利中药复方治疗强直性脊柱炎的用药规律。方法:通过中华人民共和国国家知识产权局中专利数据库筛选有关治疗强直性脊柱炎的国家专利中药复方,利用Excel、R4.3.1、Cytoscape3.9.1等软件,采用频数分析、关联规则、复杂网络等方法进行数据挖掘。结果:共纳入275首国家专利中药复方,涉及中药411种,药物总频次4115次。治疗强直性脊柱炎高频中药有牛膝、当归、甘草等,药物以补虚、祛风湿、活血化瘀药多见。药性以温性多见,药味以苦、辛、甘居多,多归于肝经。关联规则得到乳香-没药、黄芪-当归、杜仲-牛膝等34对药物组合。聚类分析得到狗脊-杜仲-甘草、川芎-白芍-熟地黄等6首新处方。因子分析得到川芎-乳香-没药-红花、桂枝-防风-细辛等7个因子组合。复杂网络发现核心药物组合涵盖补肾强督治偻汤、独活寄生汤等方剂。结论:国家专利中药复方治疗强直性脊柱炎常用牛膝、当归、甘草等药物,以补虚、祛风湿、活血化瘀为常用治法,临床多用补肾强督治偻汤、独活寄生汤、当归补血汤加减方辨证论治,随症加减治疗。

Objective:To explore the medication rules of national patented Chinese herbal compounds for ankylosing spondylitis based on data mining.Methods:The patent database of the China National Intellectual Property Administration of the People's Republic of China was used to screen the national patent Chinese herbal compounds for ankylosing spondylitis.Excel,R4.3.1,Cytoscape3.9.1 and other software were applied to carry out data mining by methods of frequency analyse,nature and taste meridian orientation,association rules,complex networks and so on.Results:A total of 275 national patented Chinese herbal compounds were included,involving 411 types of Chinese herbal medicine,with a total frequency of 4115 times.High-frequency Chinese herbal medicine for ankylosing spondylitis included Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix,Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,etc.Medicinals for supplementing deficiency,dispelling wind and dampness,and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis were commonly used.The medicinal properties were mostly warm,and the medicinal flavors were mostly bitter,spicy,and sweet,mostly attributed to the liver meridian.Based on the association rules,34 drug combinations were obtained,including Olibanum-Myrrha,Astragali Radix-Angelicae Sinensis Radix,and Eucommiae Cortex-Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix.Cluster analysis was conducted on the six new prescriptions,including Ciboti Rhizoma-Eucommiae Cortex-Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,and Rhizoma Chuanxiong-Paeoniae Radix Alba-Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata.Factor analysis revealed seven factor combinations,including Chuanxiong Rhizoma-Olibanum-Myrrha-Carthami Flos,and Cinnamomi Ramulus-Saposhnikoviae Radix-Asari Radix et Rhizoma.Complex network discovered that core drug combinations included formulas such as Bushen Qiangdu Zhilou Decoction,and Duhuo Jisheng Decoction.Conclusion:The national patented Chinese herbal compounds are commonly used to treat ankylosing spondylitis with medicinals such as Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix,Angelicae Sinensis Radix,and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma.The commonly used treatment methods include supplementing deficiency,dispelling wind and dampness,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.In clinical practice,the modified formulas of Bushen Qiangdu Zhilou Decoction,Duhuo Jisheng Decoction,and Danggui Buxue Decoction are often used for syndrome differentiation and treatment,with adjustments made according to the symptoms.
