基于阶段变化理论的健康教育联合心肺功能训练在老年冠心病患者中的应用效果

Effects of health education combined with cardiorespiratory training based on stage change theory on self-efficacy and cardiorespiratory function in elderly patients with coronary artery disease

摘要 目的:分析基于阶段变化理论的健康教育联合心肺功能训练对老年冠心病(CHD)患者的影响。方法:选取2021年2月—2023年2月聊城市第二人民医院收治的老年CHD患者82例,采用随机数字表法分为两组各41例。对照组行常规护理干预,观察组行基于阶段变化理论的健康教育联合心肺功能训练干预。比较两组自我效能、心肺功能及生活质量。结果:干预前,两组自我效能、心肺功能及生活质量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评分、无氧阈耗氧量(VO2AT)、最大摄氧量(VO2max)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),最大心率(HRmax)低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于阶段变化理论的健康教育联合心肺功能训练干预可有效提高CHD患者自我效能、心肺功能及生活质量。 Objective To analyzed the impact of health education combined with cardiopulmonary function training based on stage change theory on elderly patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods A total of 82 elderly CHD patients were selected,all of whom were admitted to the Liaocheng Second People's Hospital,from February 2021 to February 2023.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 41 patients in each group,using a random number table method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received health education combined with cardiopulmonary function training intervention based on stage change theory.Compare self-efficacy,cardiopulmonary function,and quality of life between two groups.Results Before the intervention,the self-efficacy,cardiopulmonary function,and quality of life were compared between the two groups(P>0.05);After intervention,the General Self Efficacy Scale(GSES)score of the observation group was higher than the control group;The indicators of anaerobic threshold oxygen consumption(VO2AT),maximum oxygen uptake(VO2max),and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)were higher than those of in the control group,while the maximum heart rate(HRmax)was lower in the control group.The Generic Quality of Life Inventory 74(GQOLI-74)score was higher than those of in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Health education combined with cardiopulmonary function training intervention based on stage change theory can effectively improve the self-efficacy of CHD patients,improve their cardiopulmonary function and quality of life.
