经桡动脉与经股动脉入路在脑血管造影中的效果比较

摘要 目的:比较经桡动脉与经股动脉入路在脑血管造影中的效果。方法:回顾性分析2021年2月—2024年1月宿州市中煤矿建总医院收治的60例需行脑血管造影患者的临床资料。按照不同的手术穿刺途径分为经桡动脉组和经股动脉组,每组各30例。经桡动脉组采用经桡动脉入路进行脑血管造影;经股动脉组采用经股动脉入路进行脑血管造影。比较两组患者手术过程中的穿刺时间、穿刺成功率、手术时间、X线曝光时间及并发症发生率。结果:两组患者临床基线数据比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经桡动脉组穿刺时间长于经股动脉组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经桡动脉组术后并发症发生率低于经股动脉组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经桡动脉组患者术后平均恢复时间短于经股动脉组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经桡动脉组患者术后满意度高于经股动脉组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经桡动脉入路脑血管造影相较于经股动脉入路穿刺时间有所延长,但患者术后恢复时间明显缩短、术后满意度明显提高。 Objective To compare the effects of transradial and transfemoral approaches to cerebral angiography.Methods The clinical data of 60 patients admitted to the Central Coal Mining and Construction General Hospital of Suzhou City from February 2021 to January 2024,who required cerebral angiographic diagnosis and treatment.They were divided into transradial artery route group and transfemoral artery route group,with 30 cases in each group.The impact of the two routes on cerebral angiography was evaluated by comparing the differences in puncture time,puncture success rate,procedure time,X-ray exposure time,and complication rate between the two groups.Results Comparison of the clinical baseline data between the two groups showed no statistically significant differences(P>0.05).In the transfemoral group,the puncture time was shorter than that in the radial group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05),comparison of the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups showed no statistically significant differences(P>0.05).The average postoperative recovery time of patients in the transradial artery group was shorter than that in the transfemoral artery group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative satisfaction of patients in the transradial artery group was higher than that in the transfemoral artery group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Cerebral angiography via radial artery approach took longer time than that via femoral artery approach,but the postoperative recovery time of patients was significantly shorter and postoperative satisfaction was significantly higher.This finding is expected to guide surgical selection in clinical practice and improve the overall quality of surgery and patient satisfaction.
