摘要
调查了元江县2020年污染源结构及排放状况,结果表明:污染物排放量主要来源于面源,面源COD、NH3-N、TN、TP排放量分别占总排放量的76.63%、94.50%、91.07%、97.01%,而农田化肥排放量分别占面源排放总量的26.1%、65.3%、50.9%、65.5%。针对面源污染是影响元江水环境质量的主要问题,提出了强化农业面源治理、深化城乡点源治理、实施沿江而居174个村庄污染治理、推进垃圾焚烧发电厂(200 t/d)建设、实施干热河谷面山48.2 km^(2)水土流失治理及生态修复5项精准防治管控措施。
This paper investigated the pollution source structure and emission status of the year of 2020 in Yuanjiang County.The investigation indicated that the main source of pollutant emissions was non-point sources.The emissions of COD,NH3-N,TN,and TP from non-point sources accounted for 76.63%,94.50%,91.07%,and 97.01%of the total emissions,respectively.The emissions of agricultural fertilizers accounted for 26.1%,65.3%,50.9%,and 65.5%of the total emissions,respectively.In response to the fact that non-point source pollution was the main problem affecting the water environment quality of Yuanjiang River,it was proposed to strengthen agricultural non-point source control,to deepen urban-rural point source control,to implement pollution control in 174 villages along the river,to promote the construction of waste incineration power plants(200 t/d),and to implement five precise prevention and control measures for soil erosion control and ecological restoration of 48.2 km^(2) in dry and hot river valleys.
